Thank You (Pt.3)

Every now and then you're gonna have one of those days at work where everything seems to be goin wrong.

What can you do?

What helps me get through the day is pray and spend time with Yahweh (God of Israel)read his word each day after you wake up and get ready for work. If you have to set the alarm even 5 mins earlier than normal then do.

Listening to Christian music at work also gets me through a hard day at work. If it ain't possible at your work then it's fun to sing praises in your head. It'fun, calming, and to feel Yahweh and his presence through melodies is soothing to your soul.
Psalm 146:2
I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.

Take a breather. Ask your boss if you can at least take a 3 minute break if your day is super stressful. Find a quiet place and just pray. Having a relationship with the trinity and putting your faith in him to let him get you through the day will make your day 100% better.

There are plenty of other ways to destress from a job you dislike. But serving Yahweh to glorify him to share and serve others will make your day and job a lot less stressful and meaningful. Find your way to help others to bring Glory to Yahweh.
Romans5:2
Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God's glory.

God Bless

Thank You (Pt.2)

The Domino Effect

You've heard of The Circle of Life. Well There is a circle at work. Everyone must do their part in helping others. Whether it may be custodial, flippin burgers, workin in an offices, paralegals, cops, nurse's, doctor's. Every field of every job discription is to help others. There really is no I in team.

Acts 20:35In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’"

I have been literally washing walls all week at work. Washing marks, crayons, makeup off of white walls in the dorms. You are probably asking me "why exactly would you do that?". It's my job. It's what the boss lady needs me to do.

Why would I put any effort in this?

To help other's with their jobs through bringin' Yeshua Messiah to Glory. That I may put other's before me, myself, and I. That they may see Yeshua in me.

Not to be confused with slaving for man.

Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men

I am not a slave. We are not slaves for mankind. But to help other's in teamwork. In a circle I have helped my coworkers conqeur a project. Cleaned 500+ rooms, 20 bathrooms, vacuum and shampoo 5 floors, and wash walls in ONE week. We all pitched in together to help each other. At the end of the day to be thanked and appreciated by bosses, and coworkers with Yeshua in my heart is simply a blessing.

What are some ways that you can help other's in teamwork at your job by bringin Yahweh(God of Israel) to Glory?

God Bless ❤💌

Thank You (Pt.1)

Do you have a mundane boring 9-5 job that you hate? I did. Until today I was questioned.

Let me tell you what exactly I do for a livin'. I am a Janitor at a University. Yup. The one that cleans dorms after messy college students leave. I clean bathrooms. Not fun. I hated every minute of every day doing it. But it does pay bills. Earlier this week I talked to a few friends feeling ashamed of my job. All were supportive of me in my job, but I never took it in. Just shrugged it off. One friend had offered support the way we do our work(any) is to glorify God. I just shrugged it off.

Fast forward to Our Lord's day. Sunday. Catching up with friend's at church. I met a guy at the coffee station. We say our usual good morning's/how are you? At a certain point we were discussing what we do for a living. He said he worked at the University, my reply was I "just" clean there. He questioned me Why do I just say "just"? When we are made to be a servent out of love for other's, that Yeshua washed the disciples feet as a servant, and then he personally thanked me for what I do. That hit home.

I had tears in my eyes.

For someone to be moved and thankful for just a job I do.

So let's delve deeper into what it means to be a servant of love to other's in Yeshua's name to Glorify Yahweh(God of Israel).

Jesus Washes His Disciples’ Feet
John 13:1-7
It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him.

He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”

Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

“No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.”

Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.”

“Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!”

10 Jesus answered, “Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” 11 For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean.

12 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. 13 “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16 Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.
